These terms govern your purchase and use of CrateEdit Pro (the “Software”), a macOS application published by KSBN Live (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single Mac at a time. You may move your license to a new Mac by deactivating it on the old one. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, or share the Software or your license key.
The Software is sold for a one-time fee. Payments are processed by Square. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 15 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. Upon refund, your license is deactivated and you agree to stop using and remove the Software.
Updates are provided free of charge at our discretion. We do not guarantee any specific feature, update, or ongoing availability.
You agree to use the Software lawfully and only on audio files you have the right to modify. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files; the Software modifies audio and metadata and we are not responsible for data loss.
The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSBN Live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
