This policy explains what CrateEdit Pro and KSBN Live (“we”, “us”) collect and how we use it. We keep this deliberately small: we collect only what is needed to sell you the app and run your license.
When you buy, our payment processor (Square) collects your payment details and email; we receive your email and order reference to deliver your license. When you activate the app, we store a license key, your email, and a hardware identifier for your Mac (a device fingerprint) so we can enforce the one-device license. The app does not track your listening, your library, or your activity.
We use this information only to deliver your license key, activate and validate your copy, provide support, and prevent license sharing. We do not use it for advertising.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the product: Square (payments) and Supabase (license database hosting). Each processes data on our behalf.
We keep your license and activation records for as long as your license is active, and as needed for support and legal obligations.
You can ask us to access or delete your information by emailing us. Deleting your license record will deactivate your copy of the app.
